Assessing student learning is a fact of life for professors.
However, grading quizzes and exams can be a very time consuming
task, especially in large lecture classes. As educational
technology becomes more sophisticated, software vendors promise
that their quiz tools will make our lives easier.
This interactive forum will investigate how assessment tools
are being used at UCLA, how the tools are impacting teaching and
learning, and whether the technology is living up to its
promise.
